This section contains detailed instructions to guide you through the selling process on THNDR TCG. All steps are designed to comply with our Terms of Service.

If you have any questions about what is or isn’t allowed, please refer to the full Terms of Service for clarification.

Creating an Account

Creating an account is easy. Just head to the top menu and click “My Dashboard.” From there, you’ll be guided through the setup process.

You’ll need to provide some basic details such as your phone number, address, and email for verification and contact purposes. Rest assured, this information is never sold or shared outside of THNDR TCG.

Navigating the Sellers Dashboard

On the Seller Dashboard, you’ll find seven categories to help you manage your store:

  • Dashboard – View how your business is performing, including charts that track your revenue over time.

  • Products – See all of your listed products and manage them quickly and easily.

  • Orders – Track purchases and update order details as needed.

  • Reviews – Buyers can leave feedback here, helping others gauge your reliability as a seller.

  • Withdraw – Request to withdraw your funds. Payments are only authorized once an order has been delivered.

  • Announcements – Stay up to date with important updates and selling-related announcements from the site owner.

  • Settings – Edit your store page, payment details, and shipping information. These must be completed before you can list products for sale.

How to Sell

To list a new product on THNDR TCG:

  • Navigate to the My Dashboard page at the top of the screen.

  • Go to the Products tab and click Add New Product.

  • Fill in all required fields to create your product listing.

  • Once your product is live, you can edit or update it anytime from the Products tab.

Getting Paid

To receive payment for a sale, your product must first be delivered to the buyer. Once the order is confirmed as delivered, the funds will be available for withdrawal from your Vendor Dashboard.

To withdraw your payout:

  • Go to My Dashboard

  • Click Withdraw from the side menu

  • Follow the on-screen steps

As long as you have a valid payment method listed in your settings, your payout will be processed.

How to Be Protected When Selling

Scams can happen on either side of a transaction, and THNDR TCG takes this risk seriously. To protect both buyers and sellers, we’ve built safeguards into our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

If you believe a buyer has violated these terms or is attempting to scam you, please contact us at thndrmail@thndrtcg.com. We encourage sellers to document their process by:

  • Taking photos of valuable steps, such as packaging the product

  • Saving screenshots of delivery progress provided by the shipping company

These precautions give you added protection and help us resolve issues quickly if they arise.

How Does the Vendor Page Work

Vendor pages can be found at the top of the screen under the Vendors tab. This page lists every seller on the site.

From your Dashboard under Settings, you can customize your vendor page by adding details that give your shop more personality.

Each shop page displays key information about the vendor, including:

  • Social media links (if provided)

  • Available products

  • Vendor ratings and reviews
