Creating an Account

To create an account on THNDR TCG, head to the My Account tab at the top of the screen. From there, you’ll be guided through the account setup process. Once completed, your account will be ready to use for buying cards.

If you’re interested in selling, please note that additional steps are required to become a verified seller.

Any information you provide during account setup is kept private and will only be used for its intended purposes.

Navigating the Account dashboard

On the My Account dashboard, you’ll find six options:

  • Dashboard
    Takes you to the seller dashboard. If you’re only buying, you can ignore this section.
  • Orders
    View and manage your past and current orders here.
  • Addresses
    Add or update your shipping address information.
  • Payment Methods
    Save or update payment options for faster checkout. If you’d rather not store your details, no problem—you can always enter them at checkout.
  • Account Details
    Update your account information here. None of this information is public.
  • Logout
    Click this to securely log out of your account.

How to Buy

Buying on THNDR TCG is simple. Start by choosing a category to browse cards. From there, you can use filters to narrow down your search.

When you find a card you’d like to purchase, click Add to Cart. To complete your order, head to the cart icon in the top-right corner of the screen and proceed to checkout.

While you can browse without an account, we recommend creating one before purchasing. Having an account makes it easier to track your orders, save shipping details, and speed up future checkouts.

After your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order.

How to Be Protected While Buying

Our Terms of Service include several safeguards to protect both buyers and sellers during transactions.

For your own protection, we also recommend:

  • Recording yourself while opening the product to confirm what you received

  • Saving your confirmation email

  • Keeping any other purchase details that may help resolve issues in the event of a mistake or scam

  • Communicating only through the THNDR TCG platform so conversations are documented

  • Reviewing seller ratings and feedback before making a purchase

Taking these simple steps will give you extra peace of mind and help us resolve any disputes quickly if they arise.
